Set sail with our Rectangular Dining Table Made from Recycled Boats.  Made from recycled teak boats, these tables are as stylish as they are durable, and definitely one of a kind. The wide variety of colors in the top make them easy to use in a space that is already full of color, or this table may just be that one pop of color you have been looking for. No matter where you live these tables will be a welcomed addition to your current decorating style.  The solid black metal legs provide a perfect contrast to the wonderful multi-colored top.

The skiffs used to make these pieces have been used for many years to catch fish that would be sold later in the day to the local markets and some pieces have up to 20 layers of original paint on them.

Chic Teak offers a whole collection of teak boat pieces, and all of them complement each other beautifully. Let your favorite room set sail with a unique table made from recycled fishing boats. They are crafted in small rural seaside villages on the island of Java by craftsmen that have often been making furniture for several generations.  We offer the rectangle table style in two sizes, as well as a smaller square top table.

Ask a Question
  • I am curious about the table surface... are there uneven surfaces and gaps or are the individual pieces close together so that it is a “relatively “ smooth surface? I plan to use this as a family room/dining table /kitchen island. Thank you, Patty

Thanks for contacting us! The pieces used to fashion the top are fitted close together.  However, since they are unique and weathered pieces of boat teak wood, you will have small gaps and voids in some of the pieces.  Some of our clients will put a glass top over the table to give an even surface that's easier to clean while still showcasing the beauty of the wood.
