    Excellent craftmanship and customer service!

    Really excellent craftmanship on the bench! I can tell it was made with love and is exceptionally sturdy, and lends such a beautiful natural/ organic vibe to our living room. The bench arrived with some damage to the seat (which apparently rarely happens), but when I wrote in about it, they were extremely responsive. I will definitely be purchasing more furniture from them in the future (and from the chic teak website, not at the retailers they work with!)

    Like the furniture, hate the delivery expert

    This is my fifth piece from chic teak. It's good quality and a nice price. Getting furniture delivered is a bit of an annoying and frustrating experience. They use a third party vendor that calls with less than 24 hour notice and demands you drop your life for a delivery. I am one of those people that can not do that and I live alone. They don't deliver on the weekends. They will only drop it on the driveway. I would pay extra money to have someone put it where I want it and that's not even an option. The item didn't come with directions on how to put together and since the drill holes on each leg are not uniformed it took a bit of guessing on which leg went on each side. Also, the bench legs are not even so there is a bit of a wobble when sitting on and it's on flat hardwood at the moment. Someone put a sticker on a visible part of the word and it did not come off nicely. I'm going to have to use goo gone to get it off.
