QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Ask a Question
  • Could you clarify the color of this chair. The picture shows a golden brown, yet the other pictures it looks quite a bit lighter. I have a basement finished in brazilian teak flooring and am looking for an accent chair. Many Thanks

Thanks for your interest in our Orleans chairs.

These chairs are all made from unfinished teak wood that's honey tone color.

The differences you're seeing in the colors is due to the lighting and also some weathering. (teak wood lightens and turns grey as it weathers outside)

For example, the first photo was taken while the chair was still freshly waxed as it comes out of the box.

The photos showing the chairs outside look much lighter because the wax has worn off and they are beginning to weather.

If used indoors or under cover, they will continue to look honey tone.

Please let us know if you have further questions.
