Customer Service exceedsd all expectations

Many companies talk about their customer service. A few like Chic Teak actually practice. I sent an email about a couple of screws being a little long and within 10 minutes the founder, Kendrick, called me and said he send me some 5mm shorter screws.

The Chairs themselves were quite easy to assemble requiring only the seat bottom and the arms to be glued and screwed to the back. After the first chair, the rest only took about 15 minutes each to put together. I might add that was with the help of my 8 month old doodle who thought his job was to eat the glue. Without his help i think i could have done them in less than 10 min each. I used TiteBond III wood glue as the supplied glue had hardened to the point of not being usable. I love the chairs, not only do they look good, they are quite comfortable and do not wobble.
