Could you, please, explain what "all weather webbing" is? Is this a plastic product or weather resistant cotton rope? Something else?
The closest thing the webbing resembles would be a plastic or vinyl. It's made to be very resilient/durable for outdoor use. It also has some give to it so it has a cushioning effect.
