  • How is your furniture shipped? I bought some from Hayneedle and had to return it all because of poor packaging

    All of our furniture is packed very well and with a lot of care. We put great effort into packing our products so they arrive in good condition.

  • What assembly is required for the castle deep seating loveseat? Are tools required?

    The loveseat is very easy to assemble and no additional tools are required.  The required allen wrench is included.

    Assembly is just a matter of putting the sides on to the seat and bottom.

  • since this is a hand waxed finish how does it fair outdoors? does the wood finish turn white when exposed to moisture?

    The hand rubbed wax coat will wear off in a few weeks outdoors.  After that, the teak will begin to turn a silvery grey over time which is a look some people prefer.  If you want to retain the honey tones of the teak wood, you can apply a quality teak sealer such as SEMCO which we also sell.  Here's a link to more information about caring for teak. 

  • One question please about HJ364LS. I need to know the height of the seat from the ground to seat edge, not including the 5" cushion. Thank you, Robert Wood

    The height of the seat without the cushion is 11 inches.
