The shipping went faster than I had anticipated.

Make sure you are home! I didn't expect them to ship this fast. (My order shipped 2 days after I placed the order). My neighbor took delivery for me because I was still on the road. Everything worked out. Product is great, solid teak and very nice.

Excellent customer service.

I did have questions about assembly and CS know what they are talking about. It is easy but make sure you use the Gorilla Glue as advised. It re-enforces the joints. The set is sturdy and durable and my wife loves it.
