This isn’t a flimsy imitation; it’s a substantial, beautifully made table with real presence. Our moving team commented more than once on the weight as they carried it up a flight of stairs to the porch—then asked where they could buy one. Chic Teak’s customer service matched the product: ordering was straightforward, communication professional, and shipping prompt. The only caveat is delivery—there’s no white-glove option. Because of the heft, plan ahead for movers or strong help. We had it sent to our old house and moved it with the rest of our furniture; without a crew, getting it upstairs would have been a nonstarter.
Bottom line: outstanding quality and courteous service—just arrange help for the heavy lift.

Wonderful Table

The table is great. it was easy to put together and is obviously made from the highest quality materials. Very Beautiful and wonderful talking piece. The box it came in was a HUUUUUGE hunkin piece of wood and the whole thing was super heavy. I knew that the table was protected in transit, and now i have enough wood to heat my house for the winter after dismantling the box.

How thick is the table top?

The table top is approximately 1 inch thick.
How many can sit on this table?

This table will seat up to 10 people. 4 on each side and one on each end.

This can vary depending on the width of the dining chairs you use but for a chair around 19 to 20 inches wide, it will seat up to 10.
I just bought this table.. How do I clean/take care of it to keep it looking awesome?

This table can be wiped clean with a damp or soapy rag. You can also choose to apply a furniture wax like Minwax or Howard's Feed-N-Wax to help repel liquids and add further protection.
What are the other sizes

Bought this two years ago, love it! It’s beautiful and always a source of conversation and compliments. Question, we live in Florida and wondering if this would be “okay” outside under a covered roof. Not directly exposed to weather but obviously to humidity, etc. Any helpful advice would be most appreciated. Jon

We’re very glad you’re still enjoying your Marina del Rey table!
These can be used outdoors, but we recommend a fully covered and dry area. The main reason is that prolonged water and sun exposure will cause the old paint layers to start chipping off. So it should be OK if it doesn’t get direct rain or sun. It’s not really the humidity that will be an issue, because the table has slatting, it would be water sitting on it that will cause problems with the paint.
You can also apply a furniture wax to help protect it even more. One that we recommend is Howard Feed-N-Wax orange oil and beeswax polish. This will help protect it from moisture. You can also use Minwax, or any other quality furniture wax.
