  • do these recline to flat and also when sitting up you can lower the foot to a slant down correct? Also, can you use a cushion with them if you wanted to or not?

    Yes, you can fold the foot to slant downward.  No, these do not recline fully flat.  For reclining fully flat, we offer loungers.  You could certainly choose to add a cushion, although most find it comfortable just using the woven material.
