This Waxed Teak Media Center is handmade from solid grade A teak wood which makes it sturdy and versatile enough to accommodate just about any size flat panel TV plus all your media components. Great Media Center

This is a high quality piece of furniture made from beautiful wood. It is working nicely for us as a media cabinet for a 55" tv with a/v receiver and center channel speaker - with nothing but compliments from all that have seen it. Customer service and shipping were both excellent. The item was properly packed, delivered on-time and arrived undamaged. We will not hesitate to make another purchase from chic-teak and highly recommend this manufacturer.

This is such a nice piece! It is even prettier than a picture, and excellent quality craftsmanship. The delivery process was easy and the delivery man was very cordial. This media center holds plenty of CDs and DVDs (I'm GenX _ still have that stuff) but you could use it for magazine, game controllers, tableware, etc. the drawers open easily. The wood is gorgeous. It is exactly the kind of tjj hi one you want to be looking at when your eyes wander from the screen. You'll keep it forever even when you redecorate.

  • How wide are the open shelves? What is the back of the unit made of and are there any openings for cords? Thanks

    The shelves are approx. 23 inches wide and the vertical opening of the shelves are approx. 7 inches. The back is made from solid teak so holes can easily be drilled. It does not come with pre drilled holes.

  • How deep are the shelves? What are the inside dimensions behind the side doors? Are there any weight limitations?

    This Media Center is 100% solid teak wood and very sturdy so it can easily handle the weight of just about anything you'd want to place on it.  This would include any size HDTV.
